Two founders, one roof.

Blue Motion Media is a Dublin video and performance-marketing studio. We do two things, and we do them under one roof. We produce the content, from brand films and social video to testimonials and ads, and we run the Meta and Google campaigns that turn it into leads. Most agencies do one or the other. We built the company to do both.

It started in 2024, when a documentary filmmaker teamed up with a performance marketer. One of us is obsessed with the camera, the other with the numbers, and that contrast is the whole idea behind the brand. On the production side you get cinematic, documentary-grade craft. On the marketing side you get hard, measurable performance. Create, Capture, Convert is not just a tagline for us. It is the order we actually work in.

We are not an ad agency that outsources the filming, and we are not a video house that hands you a file and waves goodbye. We do the whole job, so nothing falls through the cracks between the people who make the content and the people who run the ads. For most of our clients that means we work like an in-house marketing team, at a fraction of the cost, and we stay for the long run rather than a single shoot.

We are two founders, but you are never just getting two people. For each project we build a dedicated team around it, pulling in camera operators, editors and specialists we trust across Ireland and the rest of Europe, and scaling it to whatever the job needs. Whatever your video project takes, from a one-camera interview to a full crew, we can put the right people on it.

Joel Zeiser

Co-Founder · Director & Cinematographer

Joel is the eye behind the camera. He trained as a documentary filmmaker and his documentary work has won multiple awards at international festivals. He has carried a camera across the globe for documentary projects, shooting in demanding environments from Tanzania to Shanghai, and that experience gave him a steady hand on a tough shoot and a real creative eye for cinematic, high-quality results. He brings the same instinct to every client job, directing, shooting and editing the work himself, so the story holds together from the first idea to the final grade. For Joel, honest storytelling and strong visuals are what make marketing actually land.

Stefan Twomey

Co-Founder · Producer & Ad Strategy

Stefan runs the commercial side. He manages the Meta and Google ad campaigns, builds the tracking and the lead dashboards, and lives in the numbers so we always know what's working and what isn't. He also produces the bigger shoots: budgets, logistics and the unglamorous parts that keep a production on the rails. His job, in a line: turn the videos into leads you can measure.
