3. Bluemotion Media reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Project timelines and delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by revisions, production delays, or changes requested by the client.

5. Any work outside the agreed project scope (including additional edits or filming) may be subject to additional fees.

6. Cancellations or postponements may incur charges based on the project stage and resources already allocated.

7. Payments are due according to the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.
