StepRight
The Challenge
Where they started
StepRight wanted to grow two things at once, clinic appointments and online footwear sales, through paid social. The catch: foot health is exactly the kind of subject people scroll straight past.
Generic clinic content was never going to earn a click. StepRight needed ideas with a hook, produced consistently, and run through Meta and Google campaigns that covered both the clinics and the shop.
What We Did
Our approach
- 1
We led with the idea, not the product
Concept-driven creative built to make people stop and smile first, then act, every reel shot 9:16 for native performance.
- 2
We built a library, not a one-off
Treatment ads, FAQ talking-heads, footwear hooks and a longer brand piece, filmed on location in the Waterford and New Ross clinics.
- 3
We gave them concepts people remember
“No Superpowers Required”, a comic skit with parody lines like “I hate running” and “I’m afraid of heights”, plus the “Scan Machine” and “2 Million Steps” hooks.
- 4
We ran the campaigns end to end
Meta and Google managed across both the clinics and the e-commerce store, with the creative doing the heavy lifting.
The Work
What we delivered
“We are having a very good experience working with Stefan and Joel. The quality of their videos is top notch. We’ve had a pretty good response to adverts so far.”
StepRight
Why It Worked
The difference
- A strong concept makes even foot health genuinely watchable, that’s where the attention comes from.
- Every reel built 9:16 and run as managed paid social, not boosted afterthoughts.
- One creative system fed two goals: clinic leads and online footwear sales.
- Concept-led creative is what makes paid social actually perform, not just fill the feed.
