Privacy Notice
Last updated: June 2026
This notice explains what personal information Blue Motion Media collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. Blue Motion Media is a video production and performance-marketing studio based in Dublin, Ireland. If you have any questions, you can reach us at [email protected].
The information we collect
We collect information you give us directly, for example when you fill in our contact form, book a strategy call, or email us. That usually includes your name, your email address, your phone number, and whatever you tell us about your business and your project.
We also collect some information automatically when you visit the site, such as your approximate location, your device and browser, and how you move through the pages. This is done through cookies and similar tools, including analytics and advertising pixels.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call.
- To plan, produce and deliver the work you have asked us for.
- To run and measure advertising campaigns, including on Meta and Google.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Our legal basis
We rely on your consent (for example for non-essential cookies), on our legitimate interest in running and growing the business, on the performance of a contract when we work together, and on legal obligations where they apply.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses essential cookies to function, analytics cookies to understand traffic, and advertising tools such as the Meta pixel and Google tags so we can measure and improve campaigns. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some of them may affect how the site works.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, our email and calendar tools, Google, and Meta. Each of them handles your data under their own terms and only as needed to provide their service to us.
International transfers
Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect your information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project information for as long as we need it to work with you and to meet our legal and accounting duties, and then we delete it. Analytics and advertising data is kept according to the retention settings of the tools we use.
Your rights
Under data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email us at [email protected]. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
