Evolve Eco Solutions
The Challenge
Where they started
Evolve was spending real money on shows, radio and traditional advertising, and still couldn’t predict where next month’s leads would come from. For a solar installer planning crews and cashflow, that feast-or-famine swing was the whole problem.
Solar is a considered purchase: homeowners research for weeks and only buy from an installer they trust. Radio and event ads couldn’t build that trust at scale, and couldn’t prove which euro produced which lead. Founder Warren said it straight: “Lead consistency was a big problem.”
What We Did
Our approach
- 1
We made trust the creative
We filmed Evolve’s actual customers, unscripted, talking about their install. Real homeowners outperform any brand ad in solar, because the only thing a nervous buyer wants is proof that someone like them was happy.
- 2
We answered the questions before they asked
Short explainers on the SEAI grant, payback and what an install involves, so by the time a homeowner enquired, Evolve had already earned the conversation.
- 3
We ran YouTube and Meta as one funnel
YouTube caught homeowners actively researching solar; Meta retargeted them with social proof until they converted. Two platforms, one lead machine, managed to a cost-per-lead, not a vanity metric.
- 4
We became the marketing department
One point of contact, fast changes, proactive suggestions. In Warren’s words, “nearly like having an in-house marketing team”, without the headcount.
The Outcome
The results
The work behind the numbers
“Our leads are always there and they’re growing consistently throughout the year. It’s nearly like having an in-house marketing team.”
Warren · Founder, Evolve Eco Solutions
Why It Worked
The difference
- We captured trust from real customers instead of manufacturing it in a studio.
- YouTube and Meta did different jobs, research and retargeting, so the funnel worked end to end.
- Video suits a high-consideration purchase: it informs, reassures and proves, all at once.
- Eighteen months of optimisation compounded, the opposite of a one-off campaign.
