Promotional and fundraising films for schools and colleges in Ireland
Video production and managed Meta and Google ads, from one Dublin team, for businesses across Ireland.
In short: A school has one story to tell to parents, donors and sponsors, and a letter or a brochure never tells it as well as a film. We plan the whole day before we arrive, shoot a prepared interview rather than a Q&A, and deliver a broadcast-quality film from a single shoot day, which keeps it inside a school's budget and timetable. That is how we made the Belvedere College Access Programme donor film.
Who this is for
- Primary and secondary schools
- Colleges, universities and further education providers
- Access, scholarship and bursary programmes that rely on donors
- Education charities, summer programmes and training providers
What we make for schools and education businesses
Donor and fundraising films
A single testimonial-led film that shows supporters exactly what their giving makes possible.
Open day and prospectus films
The school, the day, the people, cut for the website and for parents' evenings.
Student and alumni stories
Prepared interviews that draw out an honest story, lit and framed for a warm documentary feel.
Social cuts and event coverage
Short versions for the school's channels, and coverage of awards, opens and graduations.
How it works
Plan the whole day first
A recce, a shot list, mood boards and a schedule timed to the minute, so nothing on the day is wasted.
A prepared interview, not a Q&A
Questions written in advance to draw out a real story rather than soundbites.
Every B-roll shot planned
Cutaways storyboarded and locations scouted ahead of time, so the edit gets exactly what it needs.
Compact cinema kit
A small crew on modern lightweight cameras moves fast around a school day and still hits broadcast quality.

Questions we get asked
How much does a school promotional video cost?
A single-day shoot with a finished film is typically €1,800 to €3,500 ex VAT, depending on locations and how many versions you need. A shorter half-day testimonial starts from €1,200. Full pricing is on our cost guide.
How do you handle filming children and consent?
We work from the school's own consent process, film only students whose guardians have agreed, and plan shots so anyone without consent is never in frame. Footage is delivered to the school and not used elsewhere without permission.
How much of the school day do you need?
One planned day. Because the recce, shot list and schedule are done in advance, we work around classes and usually need each interviewee for under an hour.
Can one film work for donors and for parents?
Usually yes. We shoot so the same material cuts as a donor film, an open-day film and short social pieces, which is far cheaper than three separate shoots.
