Facebook and Instagram ads management in Ireland, with the video made in-house

Video production and managed Meta and Google ads from one Dublin team, for businesses across Ireland.

Facebook and Instagram ads management in Ireland, with the video made in-house

In short: Blue Motion Media is a Dublin video advertising agency that films Facebook and Instagram ads and runs the Meta campaigns they go into, for businesses across Ireland. The same team scripts and shoots testimonial and offer-led ads, tracks conversions through Google Tag Manager, A/B tests the creative, scales what brings in enquiries and reports leads and cost per lead every month. For Evolve Eco Solutions, video plus YouTube and Meta ads produced 12,000+ leads over 18 months.

Who it is for

  • Owner-led businesses in Dublin and across Ireland that need enquiries, bookings or showroom visits, not likes
  • Solar, home energy and home improvement companies selling a considered, high-value job
  • Clinics and wellness businesses that want fuller appointment books
  • Retailers and online shops with an offer, a launch or a season to push
  • Businesses that tried boosted posts or another agency and got few leads, or poor ones

What you get

Video ads filmed by our crew

Testimonial, offer-led, explainer and founder-to-camera ads, scripted, shot and edited by Blue Motion Media and finished with sound design, motion graphics, colour grade and music licensed for paid ads. Each one is cut in 9:16 for Reels and Stories and 1:1 for the Facebook and Instagram feeds, with 4:5 feed versions on request.

Conversion tracking setup

Conversion tracking installed through Google Tag Manager on your site and landing pages. Before any budget goes live, we check that a form fill or a call is recorded as a lead, so Meta learns from real enquiries.

Campaign build and A/B testing

A simple campaign structure with several creative angles tested against each other: different hooks, offers and speakers. Every ad is judged on cost per lead, not reach or likes.

Landing pages and follow-up

We build the video funnel around the ads, with landing pages and email follow-up, so the people who click arrive somewhere built to turn them into enquiries.

New creative every month

On a monthly retainer, each shoot becomes new ads, so the account always has fresh video ready to replace creative that has worn out.

Monthly cost-per-lead report

Leads and cost per lead for each campaign, not just each platform, plus what changed and what we would do next, in plain English.

How it works

1

Strategy call

A 30-minute call to map a content and campaign plan around your business and goals, not a one-size-fits-all package. We tell you honestly whether Meta ads fit your business.

2

Scripts and shoot day

We write the scripts and shot lists, then film a batch of ads in one day with our own crew: customers, your team, the work and the offer. Finished videos are usually back within 7 to 10 days.

3

Access and tracking

You give us access to your ad account through Meta Business Suite and to Google Tag Manager. We set up conversion tracking on your site and landing pages, so Meta optimises towards real enquiries.

4

Launch and test

We launch a mix of testimonial and offer-led video ads with different hooks, give them time to get through Meta's learning phase, then A/B test to find what lands.

5

Scale and refresh

We cut what is not working, move budget to what is, and replace tired ads with new video from the next shoot. Every month you get a report on leads and cost per lead.

Why hire a video ads agency that also runs your Meta campaigns?

Because on Facebook and Instagram the video does most of the selling, and it wears out. Meta describes creative fatigue as what happens when an audience has seen the same creative too many times. It flags an ad as fatigued when it judges people have seen it too often and its cost per result is at least twice that of ads you ran before (Meta Business Help Centre). One of its recommendations is a new ad with an image or video that is materially different from the original, which is slow to get if the filming sits with another company.

At Blue Motion Media the crew that films your ads is the team that runs the account, so on a monthly retainer, when a hook stops working, the replacement is already planned into the next shoot. Planned well, one shoot day gives two to three months of videos (see how to turn one shoot day into three months of content). For Dream Home Co., when the video ads beat the static ones, the statics were retired and the budget followed the video.

  • Testimonial ads: real customers talking about the job in their own words, unscripted. Here is how we film customer testimonials.
  • Offer-led ads: a package, a seasonal push or a grant, explained plainly with the work on screen.
  • Explainers and FAQs: the questions buyers ask before they enquire, answered by the people who do the work.
  • Concept ads: an idea that stops the scroll before the product appears, like StepRight's "No Superpowers Required" sketches.

One campaign can run in both apps. About 4.1 million people in Ireland, or 78.9% of the population, use Facebook (NapoleonCat, September 2026) and about 2.9 million, or 55.8%, use Instagram (NapoleonCat, September 2026), so we cut every video for Reels, Stories and both feeds.

How do we set up a Meta lead campaign so the enquiries are worth calling?

We decide before launch where each enquiry lands and what screens out people who were never going to buy, then make sure follow-up is fast and tracking shows which clicks became real enquiries.

  • Landing page or instant form. Where the enquiry lands shapes who sends it. Dream Home Co.'s Meta campaign sends people to a landing page rather than an instant form, so every enquiry arrives with some intent behind it.
  • A qualifying question or two. Asking for an area, a timeline or the type of job saves you ringing people who were never a match. On our home improvement campaigns, the form asks about budget, location and the size of the job, so poor fits rule themselves out.
  • Fast follow-up. Evolve Eco Solutions sends every new enquiry a WhatsApp message straight away during working hours, so the first conversation happens while the customer is still interested.
  • Tracking that counts real leads. Conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager tells Meta which clicks became enquiries, so it can find more people like them. Evolve's conversions have been tracked server-side since September 2026, so they still count when browsers block cookies. More on that in our answer on the Meta Conversions API.

How long do Facebook ads take to work, and what do they cost?

Expect two to four weeks of testing before the numbers are reliable, and two separate costs: ad spend, paid to Meta from your own ad account, and a fee for the video and campaign management. Meta says an ad set usually exits its learning phase after about 50 results in the week after its last significant edit, that editing during learning resets it, and that combining similar ad sets combines what the system learns (Meta Business Help Centre). A small lead-generation budget may not reach 50 leads a week, so we keep the number of ad sets low, avoid daily tinkering and judge each ad on cost per lead once it has had time to run.

Blue Motion Media quotes the video production and campaign management per project after a strategy call, rather than from a price list. Questions we get asked

Do you make the video ads as well as run the Facebook and Instagram campaigns?

Yes, and that is the point of the service. Blue Motion Media's own crew scripts, films and edits the ads, and the same Dublin team sets up the tracking, runs the campaigns and reads the results. Joel Zeiser leads production and Stefan Twomey runs the ad campaigns. On a monthly retainer, when an ad stops bringing in enquiries, the next version is planned into the following shoot rather than briefed to a separate agency. Finished videos are usually back within 7 to 10 days of the shoot.

How long does it take for Facebook ads to start bringing in leads?

Expect a few weeks before the numbers are reliable. Meta says an ad set usually leaves its learning phase after about 50 results in the week after its last significant edit, and that editing it during learning resets the process. A new campaign generally needs two to four weeks before each ad can be judged fairly on cost per lead. Once the data is in, we cut the ads that are not working and move budget to the ones that are. Allow time for the shoot and the 7 to 10 day edit before launch.

Will our ads run on Facebook, Instagram or both?

Usually both, from one campaign. A single Meta campaign can run the same ads on Facebook and Instagram. Facebook has the larger audience in Ireland, but cheaper enquiries can come from either app, so we judge every campaign on cost per lead, cut what is not working and move budget to what is. We cut each video for Reels, Stories and the feeds, so the same ad works in both apps.

Who pays for the ad spend, and do you mark it up?

You pay Meta directly, so there is nothing for us to mark up. Your campaigns run in your own ad account, which you give us access to through Meta Business Suite, and Meta bills the ad spend to you. Blue Motion Media charges separately for video production and campaign management, so you always see what went to Meta and what came to us. We quote per project after a free 30-minute strategy call; the cost guide on our blog has typical Irish market ranges.

Can you guarantee results from Facebook and Instagram ads?

No, and anyone who guarantees results from Meta ads is over-promising. Results depend on your offer, your area, how fast you follow up and the auction itself. What we can show you is the groundwork and the record: conversion tracking before any money is spent, several creative angles tested against each other, a monthly report on leads and cost per lead, and results from comparable businesses, such as Evolve Eco Solutions with 12,000+ leads over 18 months from video plus YouTube and Meta ads.
